Operations Manager and Dispatch team provides strategic route planning to ensure efficiency and safety in our production. Operations support the success and development of Delivery Associates.
SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY
Delivery Associates’ first line of support in their daily operations is the guidance and knowledge provided by Dispatch. To help Delivery Associates develop and meet their performance metrics, Dispatch provides reporting, conducts route reviews, engagements and trainings. Dispatch will organize route planning to ensure success in operations.

Provide Direct Delivery Experience
Delivery Associates are more than just DELIVERY. They provide professional delivery service to ensure customer orders arrive on time. Delivery Associates are responsible for providing secure and quality service in handling customer deliveries.

Delivery Associates strive to provide high quality service to customers. Our commitment to servicing customers and our partnership with Amazon means our Delivery Associate team operates with a drive to complete all deliveries on time. We pride ourselves in delivering smiles each day.
SAFETY COMPLIANCE
Safety is our top priority. Delivery Associates undergo training and are provided tools to help operate safely. We continuously monitor and engage our team to perform safely while servicing our communities.
